The free preview
The preview is free, so there is nothing to refund.
Your right of withdrawal
Before you pay you tick this box: “I want my video made right away. I understand that once generation starts I lose my right of withdrawal, and a made video is not refundable except as set out in the refund policy.” Generation starts as soon as the payment goes through, so after that a made video is refunded only as described on this page.
When a video fails
If a video cannot be made, your payment stays on the order and you can try again for free, up to 3 tries.
If the tries run out, or you would rather have your money back, write to support@hittheroaddude.lol with your order link and we refund what you paid to the original payment method.
When a video is delivered
A delivered video is a digital product and is not refunded because it differs from what you imagined: likeness and movement vary with AI video, which is why you see the free preview first.
If the video is clearly broken (for example, you are missing from it, or the file does not play), write to support@hittheroaddude.lol within 7 days and we redo it or refund it.
How long it takes
We answer within two working days. Refunds reach your card in a few days, depending on your bank.
